"Abandon any other concerns, including any special devotions you've undertaken simply as a means to an end. God is our "end.""
"Adore Him and praise Him!"
I am just not right when I am not singing my worship to God. While God fills me fully, he KNOWS me, he MADE me. I believe now that I have been made with gifts that God knows I will best worship him with and feel complete by using. When I try to use it for any other purpose, thinking outside of God's will, I am not complete. All too often, I look for an end, and the means by which I try to reach that end just don't feel... right. God is my end. When I seek ends that are not devoted to Him, but myself, the means become painful and empty places to abide. Therefore, I find the practice of the presence of God of utmost importance to my life.
Perspectives change so slightly, but that really changes so much!
