*deeeeeeeep happy sigh*
The air was somewhere between 58-65 degrees all day today. The skies were beautifully overcast in a way that makes you want to get out and run and curl up on the couch in over sized sweats all at the same time. I chose to run/walk. Three hard miles running, three hard miles walking (intervallically [music term?], of course). My legs were immediately sore, in an amazing, "I hope this means I'm getting skinnier" kind of way :). Shower, back to work... inhaling pumpkin spice coffee smells and working on new music and PowerPoints.
I love fall. It's November :).
