Sappy Love Post Warning

Tonight I put my engagement ring back in the box it was held in when matt proposed so I could get a good look at it and I suddenly had flashbacks to when matt was on one knee proposing to me. I remember looking at the ring and thinking "what?! Really?!" and seeing how beautiful this gift was, but never really inspecting it's beauty (and it really is quite lovely). Well, now that I've had plenty of time to stare it down, memories of that moment are even more overwhelming! What did I do to deserve such happiness on top of so much joy? There are so many beautiful things in this life, and relationships that we share with others are so much apart of it. I am blessed to experience this joy and it continues to inspire me to think of others who do not or have not experienced joy in a while, and counteract the evil things in this world with the greatest gift God gave us, love.
