It's another year! 2013. Funny to think that a decade ago, I'd be getting ready to go back to high school after Christmas Break, preparing for algebra tests, and frantically finishing reading assignments.
Today I am listening to news anchors, and watching military generals, get choked up when a military family is reunited during the Rose Parade and unsung pup heroes are honored for saving our humans from dangers... And helping my husband of almost a year find his way around the baking supplies in our kitchen so he can make banana bread.
This next year will be very different, so I am savoring the moments.
