Where We Belong

I haven't updated in over a month. Since my last post I have: (1) Ended my time at Isle of Hope UMC to (2) get married to my hero and the man of my dreams and (3)move from Savannah to our next duty station. Life has been crazy, and I have loved most moments of it! The only parts I probably didn't like were made up of packing the car in the rain and the horrible drive to Alabama. We are getting the house in order, and Matt starts real work tomorrow. This really isnt a big uodate since I need to get to sleep, but I needed a place to say: As much fun as all this getting married and moving stuff is, I surely cannot wait to set up the piano and play/sing/worship. I am so thankful for the ability to do those things. If this hiatus from the "norm" has taught me anything, it is that worship is my heart and where I belong. I used to say that I wanted to "teach the world to sing", but I realize that I really want to teach the world to sing praise. "We run to the throne/where we belong/Casting all else aside for the joy of our Christ/let your glory unfold/our hearts are filled with your fire." -Where We Belong, Hillsong -Lindsay Miller
